Welcome to the Team: Harry Brookes

Third Planet Exploration Services (3PXS) is expanding! We welcome Harry Brookes to the team.

Harry Brookes is an early career exploration geologist / geochemist who has worked on projects across the Arabian Nubian shield, Burkina Faso and the UK from regional green-fields projects to near-mine exploration.

His field experience includes being a project geologist across Sudan, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia, with an exploration focus on volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) and orogenic gold systems, being responsible for the planning, executing and managing of regional to licence scale sampling campaigns. Carried out the set-up and running of an in-field laboratory in Tigray to provide dynamic and rapid decision making. Previously was the in-field manager of an early-stage exploration programme for Au, Ag+Pb-Zn from regional target delineation to first pass drilling (Scotland, UK).

He completed an M.Sci. in Geology at Imperial College London (RSM) where he was awarded the Bennett H Brough Medal for Showing Excellence in Subjects Relating to Mine Surveying.

He now looks to continue his geoscientific development by leveraging geochemical datasets and assisting in the advancement of exploration and mining projects across the globe with Third Planet Exploration Services (3PXS).

Third Planet can also assist with planning sampling strategies and prep/analytical/ QC workflows upon request. If you’d like any more information on any of our services, or assistance with enhancing the impact of your geochemical data, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
